Products available for wholesale
Eudaimonia Studio offers two distinct product types for wholesale:
Printed Pattern Booklets are complete, standalone physical patterns. They contain fabric & cutting requirements, full instructions, diagrams, and printed templates (if applicable), with access to select digital resources.
Pattern Redemption Booklets are physical pattern booklet covers — packaged just as printed booklets are — that contain a unique, single-use redemption code inside. After purchase, the maker enters the code on our Quilt Pattern Redemption page to get the full, digital PDF pattern delivered via email. Pattern Redemption Booklets do not contain printed instructions. These are especially valuable for brick-and-mortar shops or online shops selling in-person (such as at a consumer market event) wanting to cater to customers preferring digital patterns as well as a physical product to display or to include with a kit.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise posted.
Wholesale Terms
Pricing
All prices shown are wholesale, and for a pack of 5 patterns. Suggested retail price is noted on each listing.
Minimum Orders
Opening order minimum: $75
Reorder minimum: $50
No minimum quantity per pattern pack — mix and match as you like!
Payment
Payment is due at time of order via secure checkout.
Sales Tax
Approved wholesale accounts are tax-exempt. Your resale certificate on file covers all orders placed through this account. If your resale certificate has expired or your business information has changed, please contact brooke@eudaimoniastudio.com before placing your next order.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Processing times may be extended during holidays and other shop closures — we will post any changes here.
Shipping Method
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, and tracking information will be sent to the email on your account when your order ships.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for shops within the Salt Lake City area. Select local pickup at checkout. Orders are ready for pickup within 2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise posted.
Returns & Damages
Returns
Because our products are printed goods, we do not accept returns on undamaged items. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days and we will make it right.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged items within 5 business days of receipt and email brooke@eudaimoniastudio.com. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge.

Certain quilt samples may be available to display in your shop for a fee — please reach out to brooke@eudaimoniastudio.com if interested.
Suggested retail display
Our booklets are independently packaged in clear, 6" x 9" resealable bags with a round hold for hanging display. Each booklet is 5.5" x 8.5" and saddle-stitched.

Yes. Approved wholesale accounts may sell our printed pattern booklets through your physical shop and your own online shop, including on Etsy.

We are currently exploring distribution. If your shop works primarily through a distributor, please contact us directly to discuss options.

The Hand + Soul block-of-the-month program is a digital, direct-to-maker membership and is not available for wholesale. However, we are thrilled to partner with shops to offer kits to our makers. Learn more on the BOM shop page.

Pattern Redemption Booklets offer brick-and-mortar shops or those selling in-person a way to sell PDF quilt patterns.
