Please complete the form below to apply for a wholesale account. Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email with access to our wholesale shop, where you'll find our full catalog of printed pattern booklets at wholesale pricing.

A few things to know before you apply:

• The minimum for opening orders is $75, with a $50 minimum on reorders

• A completed resale certificate is required before your first order so we can process your purchases tax-exempt

• Applications are reviewed within 5 business days
