Wonderment Quilt - Holiday Lights Version
Watch the stars in their courses as one that runs about with them therein; and think constantly upon the reciprocal changes of the elements, for thoughts on these things cleanse away the mire of our earthly life.
— Macrus Aurelius, Meditations
Design Inspiration
“Eudaimonia” is the Greek word for “human flourishing.” Eudaimonia Studio designs are inspired by the ancient question of what it means to live well. The Wonderment quilt illustrates the importance of seeking out - even dwelling on - what is mysterious and beautiful. Cultivating a sense of awe provides us with perspective, humility, and connection to something greater than ourselves.
Kits for sample versions are available from Global Fiber.

This simple and playful design is a quick project using traditional piecing with quarter circles. With the use of larger curves and room for trimming, this is a great quilt for anyone looking to get some practice with curved piecing.
