Introspection Quilt - AGF Brights Version

Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakes.

Design Inspiration

“Eudaimonia” is the Greek word for “human flourishing.” Eudaimonia Studio designs are inspired by the ancient question of what it means to live well. The Introspection Quilt is inspired by the Greek aphorism ‘know thyself’ and represents the multidimensional nature of the human personality and the importance of looking within to understand the patterns among our thoughts and behavior.

Details & Techniques

The Introspection Quilt is a beginner-friendly pattern designed to make the most of your favorite pre-cuts and stash. Using simple half-square triangles and the “stitch-and-flip” technique, this design creates a striking beveled effect with beautiful dimension…without being complicated to sew.

The pattern includes instructions for both baby and throw sizes, plus an optional border if you’d like to size it up a bit. You can make it with yardage, fat quarters, 10" layer cake squares, or 5" charm squares, giving you plenty of flexibility to use what you already have on hand.

Best of all? This pattern is completely free!

Fabrics

This version of the Introspection quilt features all AGF Pure Solids in a bright palette of pinks, blues, and golden yellows. The mix of light and dark tones highlights the beveled effect of the design, giving the quilt a fresh, modern look with plenty of dimension. The simplicity of solids allows the geometric pattern to take center stage while keeping the overall feel crisp and timeless!
